I am a member of the original family which opened Stephen F. Austin High School in 1995. I was Austin High School's first Teacher of the Year. I have taught mathematics for over 35 years. I have been a grader for the Calculus AB exam and I am a College Board Consultant for both Calculus and PreAP High School Mathematics.

This year, I am teaching Calculus BC and Calculus AB.   Next year, we hope to offer Multivariable Calculus for the first time at Austin High School.   

This year, for the first time, College Board has offered online resources for both teachers and students. Students will be able to access these resources throughout the school year.

I want all of my students to succeed. I encourage them to ask for help and come to tutorials both before and after school.

I have been married to my husband, Dennis, for 30+ years. We have two daughters and three beautiful grandchildren. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my three beautiful grandchildren: Chase, Carleigh, and Maddie.
