I have been an educator in United States History at Austin High School since 2014.  I received my Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and shortly thereafter went on to receive a certification to teach Social Studies.  I have since received my Masters in Educational Leadership in the summer of 2019. 

During my time as a teacher at Austin, I have had the opportunity to help students be successful in preparation for the US History STAAR test and/or US History AP Exam as well as serving as the Student Council Sponsor since 2016.  I thoroughly enjoy working with my students and hope to do so for several years to come.
