Margaret Davis is a harpist and harp teacher originally from Seattle, Washington. Ms. Davis studied harp at the Juilliard School, and earned her Master of Music degree from the Yale School of Music. She has performed in notable venues throughout the United States including Carnegie Hall, Alice Tulley Hall, and The Jazz Gallery in New York City, Benaroya Hall in Seattle, The Four Seasons Hotel in Houston, and Teatro Degollado in Guadalajara, Mexico. She has performed with professional orchestras, choirs, and chamebr groups including the Orquestra Filarmonica de Jalisco, The Spokane Symphony, The Lancaster Symphony, Ensemble Connect, and the Metropolis Ensemble in New York City. Ms. Davis has been a harp specialist in Fort Bend ISD since Fall, 2020 and works with around 30 harp students across the district.
