Welcome parents and students! I am one of the current AP World History teachers at AHS and I also teach PALs, a leadership class at the school. On top of that, I also started coaching varsity cheerleading this year and I am the senior class sponsor. I have been teaching in Fort Bend ISD since 2001, and I am also a graduate of Austin High School!  After graduating from the University of Houston in 2001, I returned to my alma mater to begin my teaching career.  I have a B.A. in History and a Minor in Psychology. I have a passion for the field of education and enjoy working with students of all ages, diversities, and learning backgrounds. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my husband, three children, and two goldendoodles.
