Ms. Pamela E. Guidry

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year!

I’m thrilled to kick off a brand-new year of teaching English I here at Elkins High School. Teaching is not just my profession; it’s my passion. I can’t wait to explore great literature, spark meaningful discussions, and help my students grow as readers, writers, and thinkers.

I’m a proud native of Missouri City, Texas, and a product of Fort Bend ISD myself, attending Quail Valley Middle School and Elkins High School (once a Knight, always a Knight). After graduation, I continued my education at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.

This year marks my 16th year in education. My teaching journey has taken me through HISD and FBISD, where I’ve had the joy of teaching 5th through 9th grade English.

Outside the classroom, I’m an avid explorer of both places and experiences. I love attending live concerts, traveling to new destinations, trying out local restaurants, curling up with a great book, and making memories with friends and family.

I’m looking forward to a school year filled with curiosity, creativity, and growth. Let’s make it an unforgettable one!
