I got my PHD degree in Instructional Technology from Utah State University in 2007. Before coming to Elkins, I taught 2 years at HISD and 10 years at Alief ISD. This is my 4th year teaching at Elkins. I have a passion for teaching math, and have taught almost all math subjects, ranging from Algebra1 to AP calculus BC. I will use my knowledge, skills, and experience to help everyone to be successful in math. 

In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and listening to music. I have two boys. One will graduate from high school next year and the other one will be a high school freshman. 

I will be teaching OnRamps pre-calculus and pre-calculus this year. My conference period is the 4th period (10:18-11:18).
