I was born and raised in Beaumont, TX, where I graduated from Monsignor Kelly High School. I attended Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s of Education in Educational Leadership.  I have taught Health, Physical Education, and Teen Leadership for 22 years in the surrounding school districts, such as HISD, Alief ISD, and Beaumont. I enjoy teaching and coaching young student-athletes, and I am in my sixth year at Elkins HS. 

I earned All-American Academic honors and All-Southland Conference honors as a Defensive Back at SFA. 

I am very proud to be the Head Girls Soccer Coach.
