Welcome to Elkins!
This is my 7th year here at Elkins High School, and my 21st year of teaching overall! I have the privilege of teaching Algebra II this year - both AAC and On-Level. I love having the opportunity to teach mathematics and see students become more confident in their mathematical skills. I have taught Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II in my teaching career.
I am a Houston native, but resided in Arizona from 2007 to 2018. I have been married for 17 years to a wonderful guy and we have one fantastic son. I love all things Mickey Mouse, and enjoy cooking and baking, crocheting, and watching "The Great British Bake Off" and "The Masked Singer" during my free time. I am currently earning my Master's degree in Special Education to help ALL of my students succeed.
