I am the Assistant Director here at Almeda Crawford High School, leading the fabulous Flairs along the side of head director Ms. Sherretts...GO CHARGERS!! This will be my second year in dance education. I was previously the Assistant Dance Director in FBISD, at George Bush High School, working with the Illusions dance team. During my first year of being an educator I have gained knowledge and experience that I am excited to bring to ACHS. 

I've always had a passion for dance growing up. After dancing and upholding dance officer positions, all throughout high school, I decided that I wanted to continue my dance career. I attended Prairie View A&M University, where I danced on the campus', Pre-Professional Dance Company, Classic Dance Ensemble. While attending Prairie View, I became one of the founders of the Dance Honor Society, Chi Tau Epsilon Chapter, where I upheld the position of being the treasurer. I graduated from Prairie View with my bachelors degree in Kinesiology.

My mission is to have students develop an appreciation for dance as an art form and for them to utilize the skills that they learn in this class to prepare for the real world.
