Dear Charger Families,

Warm greetings to each of you!

I am beyond excited to introduce myself as a member of the wonderful Almeta Crawford school community. With a dedicated teaching career spanning 25 years, I have had the privilege of working with students across all grade levels in both general and special education settings. My passion lies in nurturing each student's unique potential and fostering an environment where they can thrive.

In addition to my extensive teaching experience, I have spent five years as a central office facilitator, where I honed my skills in response to intervention strategies and special education. This role has greatly enriched my ability to support diverse learners and implement effective teaching practices tailored to their needs.

As the head coach of our girls' soccer program, I bring 20 years of coaching experience working with children and teens aged 5 to 19, both boys and girls. Coaching is a deeply fulfilling aspect of my life, and I am enthusiastic about instilling teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship in our young athletes.

On a personal note, I have been happily married to my wonderful wife, Belinda, for 29 years. Together, we are proud parents of two incredible sons, Kolby and Connor. When I’m not teaching or on the soccer field, I cherish spending time with my family. Our favorite activities include dining out, enjoying movies together, and exploring the vibrant sights of our cherished city, San Antonio.

As we embark on this school year, I am eager to build meaningful relationships with students, families, and fellow staff members. Together, I believe we can celebrate numerous achievements and create lasting memories.
