Hello everyone! I am Ms. Alexander, also known as Coach Alexander. This is my 11th year of teaching, and I absolutely love it!
I am a proud native of Kansas, where I played collegiate basketball and excelled in track & field/cross country. Growing up, I was raised by my grandmother and three older brothers, who instilled in me valuable life lessons and a passion for helping others.
Currently, I teach Special Education, a field I am deeply passionate about. I believe that education is essential and transformative for all individuals. While learning can be challenging, the growth and rewards it brings are immensely fulfilling.
Coaching is another passion of mine, and I am particularly fond of track and field. Although it is fundamentally an individual sport, I cherish the significant team elements it incorporates, especially in relay races and organized team competitions.
In my free time, I enjoy blogging and reviewing anything related to food and travel.
