Greetings!  My name is Jasmine DeJohn, pronounced like the mustard.  I earned my bachelor's degree in English from The University of Houston (GO COOGS!) with a concentration in Creative Writing and a minor in Film Studies.

I have a wonderful family that includes my husband and three children. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, drawing, reading, listening to music, and playing basketball. 

The 2025-2026 school year marks my 9th year in education and my first year at Crawford teaching Yearbook and Broadcasting. I enjoy being an example for my students and bringing out their creative sides. It is my goal to help shine a light on the wonderful things happening at Crawford High School in the classroom, on stage, on the field, and beyond.
