Mr. Dees is in his 6th year of teaching and 2nd year at Crawford HS.

He graduated from the University of Houston in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. While at UH, Mr. Dees performed in many ensembles, including the prestigious, award-winning Moores School Concert Chorale, where he was Tenor Section Leader.  With this group, Mr. Dees was blessed with the opportunity to travel nationally and internationally competing and winning competitions.  Before moving to the High School Level, Mr. Dees taught MS for 4 years at Ronald Thornton MS in Fort Bend ISD.  He is a sought-after clinician and judge in the Houston area for MS voices.

In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with family, barbecuing, and gardening.
