Equipped with his five senses, man explores the universe around him and calls the adventure Science. ~Edwin Powell Hubble, The Nature of Science, 1954
Welcome to Science! Students use science not only in the classroom but in their daily lives. In order for science to make sense, students must make a personal connection to the information being taught. There are many resources available for teachers, parents and students that will provide opportunities to apply learning beyond the classroom. Each course includes an overview that reflects the sequence for the course. Overviews are determined by the District and reflect alignment to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills.
