About Me

My name is Angelica Garcia, and I hold a Master’s degree in Education from The University of Texas at Arlington. I have been dedicated to the field of education since 2015, working with students in 2nd, 4th, and 5th grades, as well as serving as a Math and Science Instructional Coach. Being in the classroom is my true passion—I love being a part of my students’ learning journey and witnessing their growth.

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I’m a proud mother of two wonderful children—my son is currently in high school here in FBISD, and my daughter attends The University of Texas. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, cooking, watching movies on the big screen, painting, and staying active through workouts.

Education is my calling, and I firmly believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in a supportive classroom environment. I’m thrilled to be part of the Longhorn family this year and look forward to an amazing school year ahead!
