Hello, Longhorns!

My name is Mrs. Brent. I am so excited about being your child's Kindergarten teacher this school year! This will be my fourth year at Neill Elementary and I love being a longhorn!  I have taught Kindergarten and Fourth Grade, but Kinder has my heart. This year is extra special to me as I will now have two of my children on campus with me as well as my mom, Mrs. Cotten, who has joined the 4th grade team!

I have been married to my husband for 10 years and we both have the same name–Taylor Brent. We have 3 little boys named Hudson, Cason, and Dallen. They bring all of the energy and lots of joy into our lives!

 As your child’s teacher, I hope to create an engaging and fun environment where students are excited about learning! I also believe partnering with families is very important for a successful classroom!
