Welcome to 6th Grade English Language Arts! I am so very excited to have you in my class this year. I began my teaching journey in 1997 and have taught several grades and subjects over the years. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southwest Texas State University, along with a Master's in Educational Leadership from Texas State University. Outside the classroom, I enjoy time with family, cooking, and traveling to our family home in West Texas to enjoy open skies, windmills and beautiful sunsets.
