Greetings! 

I am DeAndrea Terry, and I am excited to return to Goodman Elementary for a second year.  It is my joy to serve as a member of the FBISD Fine Arts Department.  I have taught a total of 20 years in this district, in addition to 10 years in other districts, thus making this my 31th year as an elementary music teacher.  It has been fulfilling to see our owls tap into their passion and grow into little musicians.  I am looking forward to all this year will bring.

It is my goal to integrate the arts into every subject area, and into the everyday lives of my students.  I strive to make music enjoyable and to give my students an experience they will always remember.  I hope to teach them to embrace the magic of music, and to love singing and performing.  Through music and all of the arts, I am confident our children will become creative, ambitious, life-long learners!
