Mrs. Hall is a Native New Orleanian. She attended undergraduate school at Southern University of New Orleans, where she obtained a B.A. in Sociology. Mrs. Hall then went on to attend graduate school at Texas Southern University to obtain an M.Ed in Educational Administration. Mrs. Hall has over 20 years of experience in Special Education and Student Support services.
