If there is an error on your schedule for 1st Semester only, you may complete the Schedule Correction Form listed below according to your counselor and last name.  DO NOT complete the form for a 2nd Semester correction.

Errors include:

1.  You are missing a class period.

2.  You have two different classes in the same period.

3.  You are enrolled in a class that you already have credit for.

Teacher, course change, and lunch change requests will not be accepted.
