Hello!  My name is John Garrett, and I am a Computer Science and Mathematics teacher.

My wife, Trudi, and I have been married since 1999 and are lifelong Texans.  We have two children, son, Tristan and daughter, Emma.

I acquired my BBA Degree in Finance from The University of Houston. I worked for over 20 years in the local Energy and Healthcare industries.  I made a career and life change 8 years ago by going back to school to acquire my teaching certification.  Now I'm pursuing my passion and living my dream!

I am teaching my 8th year at Dulles HS in FBISD, in the STEM area of Computer Science. I am the Head Golf Coach for both our boy's and girl's teams.

I look forward to inspiring and motivating my students and student-athletes to seize their opportunities and continually grow as young women and men.
