• It is such an honor to be a PAL at FSMS!  Students who apply and are chosen for PALs work together to make an impact on the other students at FSMS.  PALs have specific opportunities to lead, volunteer, influence, create, and make a difference at school.  Being a part of the PALs program is a positive and unique experience for kids!

     

    PALs is Peer Assistance and Leadership

    Every school year looks a little bit different for PALS, but some of the things that PALS participate in include:

    • Morning announcements
    • School flags
    • Hang signs at school for various events
    • Assist teachers with their classroom materials
    • Lead small groups and help tutor
    • Team building games and activities
    • Create and teach Advisory lessons
    • Help students with special needs
    • Give 5th Grade Tours
    • Community service projects   
    • PALS Conference (one Saturday in the Spring)
    • Field Trip to Team Building Session
    • Put on a Spring Dance for the school
    • And many more!
