Aileen Kelly was born and raised in Houston, Texas, where she has spent her life making art. She graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with her BFA in 2017, then began teaching in Fort Bend, at Travis HS, shortly after. She then spent 6 years teaching in Clear Creek ISD at her alma mater, Clear Brook HS. Shortly, she had a stent of managing the UHCL Art Gallery, then went back to teaching at Lake Olympia Middle School. Her passion lies in painting and educating. Teaching art is a perfect blend of the two.
