I’m Coach Rugeley, and I’m thrilled to return for my second year at Lake Olympia Middle School as your Health teacher! I proudly serve as the Physical Education Department Chair and coach several sports, including volleyball, cross-country, track, tennis, and our amazing cheer team...Go Mustangs!!!

I am a proud graduate of the illustrious Texas Southern University, where I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Health and Kinesiology. My passion lies in promoting wellness, building confidence, and creating an energetic, engaging environment where students can thrive both in and out of the classroom.

This year, I’m excited to continue leveling up, connecting with our new Mustangs, and helping to rebuild a strong, spirited brand for Lake Olympia. Get ready for a year filled with learning, movement, and Mustang pride!
