Hello and welcome! I am beyond excited to be your scholars’ educator for the 2025–2026 school year as we Level Up in learning, mindset, and achievement!

I am a proud wife, mother, and Marine Mom — Ooh-rah! I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Texas Southern University, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University, and a Doctorate in Psychology with an emphasis on Christian Counseling from Houston Bible College.

This year, I will be teaching 6th Grade Math Lab and 6th Grade General Education Math. With more than 25 years of experience teaching and tutoring scholars in both math and reading, my mission remains the same: Every scholar can learn, grow, and LEVEL UP!

As a returning FBISD educator, a proud Mustang, former Teacher of the Year at Lake Olympia, and an FBISD District Secondary Teacher of the Year Finalist, I bring passion and high expectations to everything I do. I believe in meeting scholars where they are and helping them rise to their next level.

Excellence doesn’t look the same for every student, but together we’ll set individual goals, celebrate small wins, and keep leveling up every step of the way.
