• Please email all transportation changes to transportationPGE@fortbendisd.gov BEFORE 2:00 p.m.

    Phone calls or emails sent to other staff email addresses are not acceptable ways to change transportation. 


  • All transportation changes must be emailed and include the following:

    • Student's full name
    • Guardian's full name
    • Specify the change: bus, car rider, bike rack walker, or big tree walker.
    • Specify if this change is for today, an exact number of days and the dates, or a permanent change

     

    Please note:

    The email must be sent BEFORE 2:00 p.m. the day of the change.

    After 2:00 p.m. this email is unmonitored, and changes will not be processed.

    Phone calls, email and/or Dojo messages to teachers or other staff are not allowable ways to change transportation as staff members may not be on campus that day.

    Hello,

    This is Jane Doe and I would like the change the way my child, John Doe in Mrs. Bow's class, goes home for today 8/20. I need John to be a Big Tree Walker today. This is just for today.
