Welcome to our homepage! I have taught at PGE for over 21 years and have loved every minute!  I think that it is very important to immerse my students in a rich educational environment and believe that all children have the ability to succeed given the proper tools and opportunities.  Each child brings to the classroom a unique set of skills that need to be nurtured to bring about powerful learning.  I strive to bring love, laughter, passion and meaningful work into my classroom each and every day.  Please do not hesitate to email me at lydia.smith@fortbendisd.gov if you have any questions or concerns.
