Ms. Rivera

Hello! I am Ms. Rivera, and I'm so excited about this school year. This is my second year teaching. I was an FBISD Teacher Resident before graduating from the University of Houston with my B.S in Teaching and Learning. I am also an FBISD graduate from Ridge Point High School. I am a fourth grade Reading, Writing and Social Studies teacher at Pecan Grove Elementary. I enjoy teaching students in order to help support the well-being and academic success of every student. 

I have one dog named Bella.

  • 7:30-7:50 - Reading quietly in the hallway.

    7:50-8:10 - Announcements, lunch count and morning news.

    8:10-8:55 - Word Study and Reading

    9:00-9:50  - Specials

    9:50-10:50 - Grammar and Writing

    10:50-11:15  - Social Studies

    11:15-11:20 - Switch Classes

    11:20-12:05 - Word Study and Reading

    12:10-12:40  - Recess

    12:40-1:10  - Lunch

    1:10-1:55  - Cougar Acadmey 

    1:55-2:50 - Grammar and Writing

    2:50-3:15  - Social Studies

    3:15-3:20 - Pack up, stack chairs, get ready to dismiss
