    Framy DiazFramy Diaz currently serves as one of FBISD's Executive Directors of Elementary Schools.

    In his 18 years in education, he has served as a bilingual teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, administrative supervisor, and principal at Cook Elementary in Austin ISD, most recently at Ridgemont Elementary in Fort Bend ISD. He was previously named Principal of the Year while serving the students and staff at Ridgemont Elementary.

    He is passionate about serving and supporting others in any way needed. He is excited to be able to support the work of campus leaders and continue helping improve the academic achievement of students in our district schools.

    Framy Diaz came to Texas in 1998 after enlistment with the US Army in his hometown of San Juan, Puerto Rico. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Airway Science Management at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Science in Quality Systems Management at the National Graduate School of Quality Management. He is working on completing the requirements for a doctorate in educational leadership at Walden University. In May of 2022, he retired from military service after 24 years of service in the US Army, both active duty and the Texas National Guard.
