    Wendy NunezWendy Nunez currently serves as one of the Executive Directors of Elementary Schools in Fort Bend ISD.

    Nunez has been an educator for over 30 years. She began her teaching and administrative career in St. Bernard, Louisiana where she served as a fifth grade teacher, Pre-K teacher, Preschool Coordinator, and Assistant Principal.

    When her family relocated to Sugar Land in 2005, she had the privilege of teaching fifth and fourth grades at Sugar Mill Elementary, and then served as Assistant Principal at Rita Drabek Elementary. Nunez has also served the District as Assistant Principal of Barrington Place Elementary and Principal of Rita Drabek Elementary.

    Nunez received both her master’s degree in educational administration and bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education at the University of New Orleans.
