    Ida FordIda Ford currently serves as an Executive Director of Elementary Schools.

    She served 12 years as a campus principal, where she was responsible for maintaining the daily operations and high instructional expectations of several elementary campuses.  Her experience as a school leader spans across both academically and culturally diverse communities.  Prior to this role, Mrs. Ford served three years as an assistant principal and eight years as an elementary school teacher.

    Throughout her 24-year commitment to Fort Bend ISD, she has served on numerous committees and advisory boards, but is most proud to have served as a principal mentor and coach to new campus principals. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and Master of Educational Administration from Prairie View A&M University.
