Welcome to the 2025-2026 School Year!

My name is Shaneria Quinine, and I am excited to be your child’s 4th grade ELA/Social Studies teacher. This year promises to be filled with new and engaging learning experiences!

With 18 years of experience in education, this is my fourth year at Palmer Elementary. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Texas Woman's University, followed by a Master’s in Curriculum Instruction/Technology and Education Administration from Houston Baptist University.

Outside of teaching, I love spending time with my family, hiking, traveling, and reading. My goal as an educator is to foster a love for learning by nurturing my students' passions and purpose in life. I eagerly anticipate watching them grow this year!
