Ms. Lora Carter

Hello, I'm Lora Carter from the great state of Mississippi!  On holidays, you'll find me on interstate 10 going to visit family. I served in the United States Air Force, and I have traveled the world.  This is my fifth year at Sugar Mill Elementary. I taught 1st grade, Kindergarten and Pre-K in Houston ISD and was a reading tutor in Pearland ISD.  I look forward to seeing the growth children make in 2nd grade and I believe that a true partnership between teacher and parent brings out the best in a student!
