With 22 years of experience in the field of education, I've developed a deep understanding of the diverse needs of learners and employ evidence-based strategies to support their growth.

Throughout my career, I have worked with students of various ages and backgrounds, demonstrating a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. This background has equipped me with a robust skill set to assess, design, and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs. 

In addition to direct intervention, I collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to literacy development. My goal is to empower students to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential, both academically and personally, as well as make a positive impact on the educational journeys of the students.
