I am very excited about working as the lead master teacher at Ridgemont Elementary during the 2020-2021 school year.  This will be my fifth year at RME.  I have devoted my career to helping students learn a second language while improving their academic skills.    My goal is that my students become self-motivated, life-long learners who are proud of their billingual abilities.  I have been in education for 21 years.  I have taught many different grades from Pre-K through 12th grade and I love helping my students increase their language skills.  I have been married for ten years and have four children.  I also enjoy camping, cake decorating, serving at my church, and serving in organizations that assist foster, kinship and adoptive parents.  I am also a certified EMT-Intermediate.
