Hello, and thank you for dropping by my to gain a little more insight about me!

I'll begin by saying that I have always wanted to be a teacher.  I can remember as a child using my dolls and teddy bears as students and, of course, I was the teacher. I would play school for hours!  

I have been teaching at JSE since 2017 and I still love every minute of it; the kids, parents and the sense of community are so evident when you walk through the school! My students and I learn so much from each other. They keep my mind fresh and I love that they keep me up to date on all the latest trends! I also love experiencing the love I get from my students and cheering them on to be the best that they can be.

In my early years, I taught 6th Grade Reading, Language Arts and World Cultures and Geography.  This is when my biggest hobby, traveling, was discovered. Teaching about the different countries and the various cultures encouraged me to visit various countries to dive into and understand what they all had to offer.
