Welcome to Physical Education at Schiff.  My name is Coach Day.  I have been in education for 19 years, the last 5 here at Schiff.  The 14 years before Schiff, I was the Head soccer coach at Cy Woods HS and Elkins HS and taught PE and Health.  I am married to my wonderful wife, Callie Day, and we have 4 crazy kids: Noah, Ellie, George, and Cate.
