My name is Jennifer Sexton. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in December 2007 with a Bachelor in Science and Interdisciplinary Studies and a Masters in Early Childhood Education in December 2012.

 I am a 4th grade MATH/ SCIENCE teacher at DLE and feel honored to be a Lion! I have taught first, second grade and fourth grade. 

I love teaching and seeing the light bulbs go off. Knowing that my students are grasping the concepts and are able to apply their knowledge is pure bliss.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family. My husband, Doug and I have been married for thirteen years.  My son's name is Bennett. He is constantly growing and changing. He will be ten years old in November and is currently a 4th grade lion. As a family we love spending time outdoors and spend most weekends at the ball field.

I look forward to many more years teaching the future at Leonetti Elementary.
