Ms. Thompson

Hello my name is Ms. Thompson, this is my 14th year teaching and my 2nd year teaching at Rosa Parks Elementary. For the 2025- 2026 school year, I am looking forward to "building" a strong foundation with my students. In my teaching career, I have taught kindergarten and first grade. First grade is my favorite grade level to teach. I enjoy building the foundation for young scholars to ensure that they are well-prepared academically.

 

I'm a University of Houston - Downtown graduate and earned my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Houston Baptist University, known now as Houston Christian University.  Go Huskies!
