Welcome to Music Class at Rosa Parks Elementary! 

My name is Ms. Bloom and I am looking forward to getting to know you and teaching you about my favorite thing, music. We will learn a lot about singing and listening to music with a critical ear, while learning to follow directions and developing musical skills. We will also learn how to evaluate our own progress over time and identify what we do best and how we can improve in order to be our best selves.

A little about me...

I was born in Houston, Tx. I've been singing and playing the piano since the age of 4 and all of my relatives sing as well. Often, times during our holiday gatherings, we sing together and enjoy each other's company while we share stories that always make us laugh. My favorite color is turquoise and I love to dance.

I am also a Pastor of a beautiful church and I love sharing God's message with the members and being a source of inspiration, hope, love and care for them.
