Ms. Jessica Aldana

My name is Jessica Aldana. In 2021, I became a part of the Fort Bend ISD family. It is such a joy to be a part of Ridge Point High School. I am so excited to serve my community at this amazing school.

I have over 10 years experience in the multimedia and communications industry working as a video producer and live production director for various churches in the Houston area. I have always had a passion for teaching, so once I completed my master's degree in Liberal Arts I began pursuing a career in education.

I have a passion for helping students master communicating with others in a way that will prepare them for thier future careers and goals and am thrilled to be able to do that through the English and AVID courses I teach.

  • Tutorials times are listed below. Students must come with something productive to work on/ask questions related to their courses.

    Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:50am - 7:20am as well as Wednesday afternoons from 2:50 - 3:30pm.

    All other tutorial times are by appointment.

    Afternoon tutorials will be canceled if no students arrive by 3pm.

     

    *For 9th Graders: I hold a Writing Workshop from 3-4pm on the second Thursday of each month. Fall workshops begin in September and Spring workshops begin in February. All Freshmen, regardless of assigned teacher, are allowed to attend. Students must have their own transportation home.
