Dr. Manoj K. Thomas
Welcome!
My name is Dr. Thomas, and I am proud to teach 8th Grade Science at Baines Middle School. With over 20 years of experience in K–12 education, I am committed to fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive. I hold multiple degrees and certifications, including a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, and have completed programs at:

- University of Houston
- Prairie View A&M University
- University of St. Thomas
- Houston Community College System (HCCS)
In addition to classroom teaching, I have served in various leadership roles, including Science Department Head, Electives Department Head, Team Leader, Science Grade Level Lead and Cluster Leader with a focus on student achievement and equitable instruction. I am honored to be part of the Baines community and look forward to a year of exploration, discovery, and growth with each of my students.
