During the 2024–25 school year, teachers received more than 7,300 hours of direct support through campus visits, collaborative teams, and individualized coaching—demonstrating FBISD’s commitment to empowering educators through meaningful professional learning and instructional support. FBISD’s dedicated special education teachers serve students with passion and expertise through programs like FLaSH, which supports medically fragile students with complex needs, and Work-Based Learning, which provides continued vocational training for students beyond graduation—ensuring success for every learner.
