- How do I find my missing package?
Contact the vendor to get the tracking # of the shipment (POD).
- Follow this link to see if your package has been received by the warehouse

- I need a package picked up and delivered to another campus/department, what can I do?
A: Please call 281-634-1818 to schedule a pickup and get approval for items you need picked up/delivered.
Mail FAQS
Q: How long does it take for mail to make it to its destination?
A: Roughly about 3 to 7 days, 5 being the most common.
Q: What is the best way to send bulk mail?
A: When sending bulk mail, please rubber band it, or put into a box to ensure that it can make it safely to the mail department.
Q: Should we seal or not seal the envelopes?
A: Sealed is preferred but if not, please leave the flap open for easier mail processing.
Q: Can we handwrite on our envelopes or should we print on the envelopes?
A: Extra fees are incurred when hand written, so please print if you can.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: The mailroom will receive mail from 7am-2pm Monday- Friday for same day delivery. Mail received after these times will be sent out the next business day.
