My name is Mrs. Jody Hobbs and I am so excited to be your child’s 2nd grade teacher at Sienna Crossing Elementary this year! Students in my class are in for a challenge and lots of fun!

I received a BBA in Business Management from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. After graduating from college, I was employed in the oil and gas industry for many years. Once I had a child of my own, I decided to pursue a career in education. This will be my 17th year at SCE.

My husband, Corey and I have a daughter named Phoebe, who graduated class of 2024 from Ridge Point. Phoebe will be returning to Texas State University this fall for her sophomore year. She is working toward her dream of becoming a Physical Therapist. She is the light of my life! When I am not in the classroom, I spend my time with my sweet family/friends, crafting, cooking and shopping! Thank you for sharing your amazing children with me every day!
