Hello, my name is Karina Anderson (Chandler), I teach 5th grade at Lantern Lane Elementary and have been teaching a total of 10 years. I love math because it is the only subject that “counts”. My favorite quote is “If you inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader.” – John Quincy Adams. Therefore, I like to lead by example and have been a mentor and coach for over 18 years, influencing many young people to make a difference in their lives and the lives of others. I have been an advocate for Fort Bend ISD since 2018 and serve as an Auxillary Officer for the Fort Bend Education Foundation. A passion of mine is leading and coaching STEPticians, step and dance team and teaching Financial Literacy. My family is a driving force for me and includes my loving husband and two boys.
