Welcome to my page.   I am the librarian at Aldridge Elementary.  I am starting my 26th year in education.  I am originally from Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor's in Elementary Eduction and Psychology.  After moving to Houston, I pursued my first Master's degree from Texas Southern University with a degree in Urban and Environmental Planning.  I later went back to school at Texas Woman's University and got my Master's in Library Science.

I am looking forward to working with the students of Aldridge and bring the love of reading to all students.
