I am a small town girl from Louisiana with a big Texas size heart. I am especially passionate about being a resource, coach, and mentor to those who need it most. I am not one to cry during movies, but if someone shows an act of kindness my heart softens instantly and the tears might begin to flow. This sums up my why and reason for choosing to serve as an educator. I am a servant leader at heart and working with kids is one of the ways I get to express that part of me.

I am especially passionate about health and wellness and the impact that it has on our Social, Emotional, Psychological, and Physical Health. I am honored to be an advocate and resource for our students and staff, as the Action Based Learning Teacher. I know that  purposeful movement can shift the learning enviroment and I am here to help shake things up so that our students at can have a learning advantage that will better equip them for futures beyond their imagination.
