Hello Fabulous Firsties and Families!

I am thrilled to welcome you to another exciting year at Blue Ridge Briargate! This will be my third year teaching here, and I couldn't be more excited. I started my teaching journey as a Kindergarten teacher, and for the past two years, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching 1st grade. Prior to becoming a full-time teacher, I was also a student teacher and substitute for 1st grade.

We are going to have an amazing year filled with fun and learning! Remember, "You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think." — A.A. Milne. This quote is our class inspiration, and I know each of you will grow in wonderful ways this year.

If you need to reach me, the best ways are by email or through Class Dojo, both of which I check at least three times a day. My conference period is from 11:30 am to 12:15 pm.
