Hello! My name is Arianna Garza and I am honored to be a part of the Malala Yousafzai Elementary family! A few things about me are that I enjoy spending time with my beloved friends and family, and I was born in Houston, TX. I was a Katy ISD student all my life, but I fell in love with Fort Bend ISD and their mission for student success since I started my teaching program. I graduated from the University of Houston and received my Bachelor of Science in Teaching and Learning. I was a Teacher Resident at Pecan Grove Elementary in 3rd grade and was very grateful to have received wonderful learning experience and opportunities to grow. I have taught Pre-K and wish to continue to teach the littles!

My mission as a teacher is to create a loving, safe environment for my students and create a classroom where ideas are open, and mistakes are seen as learning opportunities.
